Hiring: Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Simple Grants is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the organization. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for supervising coordination and collaborating with Simple Grants team members and consultants to produce content and deliverables for Simple Grants’ clients.

Responsibility

  • Direct activities and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.
  • Provide support to the C-Level team in developing and implementing policies, goals, and procedures.
  • Supervise the work of consultants and administrative team members to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures as well as correcting errors or problems.
  • Provide team members with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.

Education & Experience (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in a supervising role
  • Experience working in a virtual grant consulting firm
  • Experience with administration and troubleshooting within Google Workspace, Asana, Harvest, and Slack
